I live in Wool, Dorset with my husband and three children.
I have been teaching fitness to adults (14+ years) since March 2003, having been a keen participant in classes for many years before then.
I am totally committed to what I do and will always consider SAFETY as paramount in all my sessions. FUN comes a very close second.

My qualifications are:
Level 2 Teaching Exercise and Fitness
Level 2 Certificate in Instrtucting Health Related Exercise for Children
Otago Exercise Programme Leader
Move it or lose it certification in the FABS training programme
Introduction to Seated Exercise in a social care setting
Basic First Aid
